Very Busy Week

It has been a very busy week at our house. We had the usual activities; school, homework, gymnastics, bowling, basketball, religious education, Ukrainian School, Ukrainian Dance. In addition to the normal activities, the kids had a snow day on Wednesday and Valentine's parties on Thursday.

Wednesday is my normal work from home day and I actually got a lot of work done, especially considering that I had five kids home with me. They had a lot of energy and I took a couple of breaks to video their fun.

Markian is known for sneaking candy. He is usually caught because he "hides" his wrappers in the bathroom garbage can, under the bathroom sink, or in the heating vent. This time, he was even sneakier, he left the candy in its original place and just licked it in situ.


This is the topper from Catherine's christmas tree. It was still on the tree at the time.

Isadora is having her first sleepover tonight. This is the first time that she has slept away from home without us. I know she will be fine and will probably enjoy the quiet at Emma's house. She is a mature four-year old as you can see when she explains exactly what she is doing in the boys' bunk bed on Wednesday.
